Sona Asset Management priced a €404 million transaction described as Europe’s first public BSL/private-credit hybrid CLO. The deal was 70% BSL and 30% middle-market private credit loans.
The week also included a €900 million Italian auto ABS from Societe Generale and a $876 million car-rental ABS from Hertz.
